Summit Athletic Club

Summit has really come a long with in the past few years. Their main location is very nice though I didn't give it five stars because it is usually very busy and I don't feel like the staff is very personable. The Riverside location is very small and I feel that a bigger building with more updated stuff would help the overcrowding at the main location. But other than that I feel this gym is very convenient, clean and updated! The child care is awesome at what they do and my kids love it!

I have to use indoor pool for my knees & back. The water temperature is supposed to be 86. Most times it is not. They are doing better than they were. The signs all day no one under 14 without supervision. The staff rarely check indoor pool to make sure proper supervision of those under 14 is in pool area. There usually is those under 14 in the pool, without a parent or adult 18 or over in pool area. The. Indoor hot tub is extremely hot! 104 degrees. Again signs say no one under 18 for hot tub; which is for health & safety reasons for under 18. Parents don't seem to get it; & staff rarely checks indoor pool area for compliance issues. I do like we can bring grandchildren with us to the pool! We have aqua belts on them & we're always in the pool with them b/c they are a little younger. Staff does keep areas as clean as possible. Showers could use a little more attention, but they aren't bad..

Gym is pretty good. I like the summit 24hr one better, less people and workers are more friendly. The bigger summit needs and attitude check. Frount desk staff has never been that friendly so thats one reason i use the 24hr.

Multiple locations, and friendly staff. Price is exactly what I expected after using other gyms in other cities and states. I would give it five stars if they opened a few more locations with the crazy growth of southern Utah.

This is a great gym with a ton of amenities it's the big brother to the little one I normally go to, even though it's a little further from my house it's definitely worth the drive.
