Second time here. Better than the first. Very friendly staff. Both my sons and myself had haircuts on this day They loved there haircuts just as I did mine. The ladies listened to them patiently and cut their hair just as they asked. We've definitely found our new home for haircuts...Thank You
I've been here multiple times and will continue going because it's by far the closest place to get a cut near me. The haircut, stylists, and facility are actually all great. My only complaint is the check-in system they use. Instead of scheduling an appointment like everywhere else, Sport Clips makes you "check in" on their app, wait however long it takes, and then gives you a suggested time to arrive. When you arrive, you'll wait an additional 30-45 minutes, often seeing other people come in and get served before you. I suppose if you have nothing going on with your entire day and don't mind sitting in a waiting room, it's not terrible. For those of us with jobs, school, or any commitments it's absolutely maddening. Edit: I should mention that my most recent haircut was on the house because of the extended wait time. Like I said, the stylists themselves are great. They just really need to do away with this app system. Edit 2: Revising my rating due to a request from the owner, which I think was a fair ask. The five star rating is reflective of everything under control of the local franchise.
Stopped in for a haircut during a visit to DC and had a great experience. Super easy to make an appointment, no wait to get in the chair. Nikola gave a great cut and was very nice to talk to. Everything was very clean and it seemed like they were taking coronavirus regulations seriously.PositivePunctuality, Cleanliness, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesHairstyling
I get my hair cut my Nicola here every few weeks and she always does a phenomenal job. Highly recommend her and her team. The place is clean, they are professional, and it's now my go-to spot for a haircut.PositivePunctuality, Cleanliness, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesHairstyling
I've been wearing a bad haircut for months. It's not something I'm proud of, but it's hard finding someone who knows how to cut hair.... I'm happy to report that I got a great haircut. Even better, I got the MVP experience! Sport clips is a good place to get a great haircut at an outstanding price
Went to the Columbia Heights location for the first tine since its one of the only chain salons currently open. Sabrina took care of me and she did a great job. The shop was very clean and they are observing all possible Covid precautions. After 4+ months without a haircut the MVP package was very welcomed, with the complimentary wash and massage for first time customers.
Great place to get a haircut. I m self employed and found some extra time due to a weather cancellation. I got on the wait list from the app and by the time I walked there, it was my turn. I got a great hairstyle with no hassles.
DECEIVING NAME!!! This is more like a SPA! I am use to original barbershops or unisex hair salons that work with blades for a clean cut. If your are looking for that this is NOT the place! Would not recommend for clean & nice cut. As you can see evident in the photo.NegativeQualityServicesHaircut
Terrible customer service. Especially from the lady Sabrina claiming to be the assistant manager. Despite booking an appointment and receiving text messages that my stylist will be available in 15 mins, Sabrina tells me that it's a 45 minute wait. I wouldn't use or recommend this place that has a condescending attitude towards its customers. And it's disappointing that sports clip would hire an "assistant manager" with zero customer service
Checking in using the app was painless, eliminating the need to wait unexpected periods of time. The barber was very nice, and had a great intuition in making my hair cut exactly like I wanted, even though I'm terrible at describing it myself.
