The brochure says it's open year round except for Christmas day but the gates were closed and the phone number is not in service. I later read on multiple travel websites that a number of folks have recently had similar experiences and so, I suspect that it is no longer open for daily tours. Perhaps it's only open for spring and fall pilgrimages.
