Sprint Store by Mobile City NY

They installed a huge, blindingly bright t-mobile sign above the store which they leave illuminated all night long while the store is closed - glaring into the apts across the street. Absolutely no respect for their neighbors.

Honestly honestly t-mobile great company but the people at this location the rude people ever see in my life especially the 2 girls in the morning they are really bad And the guy to with the yellow afrohaired he is so liar Anyway they really have the bed customer service ever not just only with me everybody specially the fat girl

OMG where do I start . Lol. The new staff here is great . HELEN is my favorite though, she really has a way with words. Always respect and store is clean . The energy here is great , wish more stores were like this one .

Horrible. 3 workers and no customers and it took over 20 minutes just to get some customer service. Then they told me I couldn't buy a phone that I had to upgrade. 3 dummies in a crack store, what a joke. March 6 2020 around 4:50.

Amazing customer service. Staff are super helpful. We live in Manhattan but travel here for phone support because they are great

Short on staff. One processing payments only. The other girl was not knowledgeable about ANYTHING regarding her job. Had an attitude and was not helpful in the slightest. At least the girl with the blue hair tried to help and make suggestions to assist.

A really fun experience if you like to watch live train wrecks! Weird that they would put a bunch of inexperienced babies in uniforms like that. Does anyone actually know what’s going on?

Had an amazing experience at sprint on knickerbocker today. Dominique was great, patient & extremely helpful. AMAZING customer service. 5 stars for sure !!

A place where they give bad service and then they promise you and give you free things do not explain that you have to pay for those things during the process of each month they buy you when you go and ask them to explain themselves they tell you we can not do nothing and they try to avoid you and tell you that you have to pay
