Sprint Store

I'm a business customer with Sprint since March 2019 at store #7428. The customer service is why I drive across town to this location. It's a corporate owned store an not a franchise.

The staff was amazing I brought in one of my phones that was not working properly, they worked together until they were able to get it working good as new. I will be going back to this Sprint Store to purchase my next phones and for anything I need. Kudos people you are wonderful.

Ever since it changed to T-mobile my cellular data has been horrible. They said it would be better since it uses T-mobile towers but it worse

The associates are trying so hard to cell phones, they dont care to tell the truth. No wonder there is so much attrition at these stores. If you have good credit, stay away from sprint!

Amazing customer service at Sprint 40th st and Thomas! I was told by 2 other 3rd party sprint stores that I wasn't eligible for an upgrade. I came in here, they had me upgraded, a cheaper plan and new accessories with a smile. I will only come to this store from now on.
