The customer service is outstanding! Yaritza was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in to upgrade my phone, she showed me different options and made sure I was secure about my choice. She was also very nice in transferring everything over to my new phone. Will be definitely coming back to this store!

Tried to get help after someone stole our pin and activated an account and was only met with rude customer service and no help. They kept telling us "well obviously you opened an account" and that they couldnt do anything. What sucks about it too that I recently got a dope new phone from there too.

Customer service was excellent. I was very pleased with rep yaritza she was very helpful and very sweet and did great with helping me out.

It was a awesome customer experience and the staff, Fernan, was very helpful. Great customer services and helpful employees.
