Well organized store despite being very busy. David was amazing, helped me find a solution I hadn't even considered and for far less than I thought I'd have to spend too. I'll be back as that was true service vs just "selling product"...refreshing.
Needs to update that hours show they are open until 7pm but they won’t help anyone at 630p. Pj said just say his name and they will know not sure what that meant very unprofessional had enough employees including himself standing around that could assist customers according the manager pj it takes to long to get into the customers account and then the time to help, sounded lazy to me. Also recommend cleaning and fixing the flashing lights. Verizon should add customer service training to manager Pj. Giving one star shouldn’t even be an option.
Gabito is awesome!! He is so patient. He has excellent customer service skills. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and devices.

I was considering going to Verizon but I went to the store on I 17 and Happy Valley and they ended up locking my husband's identity so we couldn't open an account they told us it could never be fixed while we need up getting a call 2 days later that they fixed it. Needless to say we already went somewhere else.. Mind you I just got a bill in the mail yesterday saying I owed them $300 I have 2 phone lines with them and 2 brand new phones when it wasn't even going to be in my name... The funny thing is that I never signed a contract I can't even access an access code to dispute this because I don't have those numbers and I never got any phones never signed a contract or anything they are pulling fraudulent schemes on people I have to contact my lawyer and now go through a bunch of stuff that I shouldn't have to do when I work 7 days a week. I am beyond disappointed in Verizon I do not recommend going to them I will be contacting every store leaving a review until this is fixed I will be calling the BBB and probe and probably the news...
Dismissive manager who is more about closing at 6:57 than adding a line. Rude and lazy with a slight sprinkle of pretentiousness. I'm good. But somehow let a Hispanic family of 4 have service after hours. They came in after me. I'll stick with the camelback location.
Worst customer service ever, if there’s 0 star I would give 0. They are all rude starting with manager who’s walking around “I’m the manger” and yelling “all my customers today are entitled just like my ex. He’s the entitled one to begin with. Second he’s rude, third sharing stories about his ex and child support while people are waiting. How’s that professional?! How’s he a manger? He actually yelled at customer walked in saying his phone not working! I was waiting there for 3 h, they kept on cutting me off and taking other people ahead of me, and I asked a couple times, when can I go next, his answer was couple more minutes. Eventually I left because I already wasted 3 h of my time and not willing to waste more. I walked there to change my carrier to Verizon but that place and rudeness made me change my mind. I don’t want Verizon anymore. However please make sure you change the staff there or have them take courses about professionalism.
I had the pleasure of working with the handsome and pleasant Kemel when I was there. I did walk in in the most Diva/Karen like manners there was due to the hassle, run around and time consuming issues I’ve had since getting my iPhone 12 just a week before. I must say that he was the epitome of what a stellar sales rep is and he handled me with the skill of someone trained in dealing with difficult customers. He not only put me at ease but got me the blue iPhone 13 I really wanted and more. This is a superb location and ask for him when you go. You’ll be well taken care of by someone that excels at their job.
This is the slowest Verizon store I have ever been to. The employees will waste your entire day while they joke around with each other.
