Sprint Store

Wanted to Note 20 ultra 5G phones. Drove all the way across town and they didn't have any. The T-,Moble/Sprint should not advertise things and then not have them in stock. The person that helped us was more interested in his music on his phone then helping us.

Edgar was wonderful! He told me what day to come in so I would save money and explained the service in detail. Now, that's customer service!!!

Was able to help me get my phone replaced. The staff and management were great and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend this location.

Wow. Went in today to ask about getting a phone screen fixed for a scratch and got nothing but snotty attitude. Immediately left and now I will take my phone to a nice, customer service oriented repair shop. Not going back to this place again!

EVERY TIME I visit this location, I get terrible customer service! The reps seem to not care unless you’re spending money in store. Went in to see my detailed bill and they wouldn’t even open my account. Any other location the reps are very helpful and do everything then can but something about this place has the WORST service out here.
