Went to location to get assistance with issues on account. Juan did his ultimate best to help and I really appreciate his persistence and professionalism. He ensured I was given correct information and was also able to help me set up temporary phone service which he made sure my phone was working appropriately and flawlessly before leaving. I also observed the other staff members while in the store and was impressed by their upbeat positive attitudes and willingness to help those coming into the store. Great customer service and team work! If there was a customer who looked like they needed help a team member was there promptly to assist. Juan's overall attitude and demeanor was exceptional and he went above and beyond in helping me. Thank you Juan for all your help and patience!
Pros: Making an appointment is the best way to get quick service here. I knew I would stay with a Samsung phone. Roberto listened and was very helpful finding upgrade options for my old Samsung J7 which worked fine but didn't hold a charge to well. I decided on a Samsung S22. I should have selected a phone, left to research reviews of the device, then made a final decision. The S22 has no better battery life than my old J7. It does charge quickly, if I am near an electrical outlet; not great if I'm hiking. Cons: Every employee except Roberto was coughing, blowing noses, snorting. I haven't been in any business with that many germs floating around for 2 years. When an employee asked another employee, who may have been the manager, why she didn't say home if she had not felt well, she said, she has bills and needs the money. ????
They need a associate dedicated to tech support for customers. I waited for over 30 minutes with 2 people in front of me. The support I needed took maybe 5 minutes.
Two twenty year olds who spoke quickly to mask the fact they had nothing to offer by way of assistance. Absolute waste of time. They are happy to sell but not service.
This Verizon store is always full of lazy and unprofessional employees.I walked -in and no one was in the store and I kept yelling HELLO several times. After several minutes a guy came out saying an incident happened although they both were chewing like they were eating. They weren't helpful and unprofessional so we left to another store.
I just got charged $70 for LTE home that I was told that it was free for 30 days. I'm chatting with customer service now and just told me that there's no such thing as free for 30 days guess i'm leaving verizon. Thanks to this store for lying to me
Walk ins for simple help not welcomed. Was told need an appointment for a simple smart switch. 2 associates preset with no customers and did not help.
Had to wait a little bit, but Sylvia was an amazing representative for Verizon she was thorough answered all our questions wasn't pushing into buying, we did get S22
Pitiful! Went in to ask about discounts as I wanted to trade in my phone. The guy was too lazy to help me or even check in his computer to get the answers to the questions I was asking. Horrible attitude and very rude to me. Then, when my daughter picked me up, he finally got off his lazy behind to tell us we were parked in the wrong spot. We were only in that spot for a total of 30 seconds. People like that should not be working with other people.
I have been a loyal Verizon customer for more than 21 years.. I went in to ask question about an upgrade on one of the lines. Richard was very helpful and nice about giving information about deals. The lady manager and employees there are always working hard giving top notch customer service with positive attitudes... Good job everyone.
