Update to my initial review: The washer was replaced within a few days of my initial review, which I appreciated but shouldn’t have required a public review to do so. I had emailed them for 4 weeks asking them to help resolve the issue and they ignored that communication and claimed “they had know idea the repair was going so poorly”. Unfortunately for them my email client shows read receipts and I could see every time they read my emails, so that’s why I can only give 4 stars. The initial service and installation was great and the installers were very professional and were on time, so that was really nice. I think ordering from them is ok, just be sure to say up front that you’ll require them to replace any DOA items. Hopefully everyone learns from this situation and we can all move forward with better communication and better expectations.
Needed a new Dryer and Washer the night before New Year. Got in touch with Ryan who responded right away. Within 48 hours we got a new set installed by two professionals who were so polite and friendly. BEAT my expectations and made it beyond easy. We will recommend Ryan and team for all of our friends and family.
Purchased a dishwasher 8/16/22 for delivery 9/1/22. Plumber installed the next day and informed us it is a lemon. Stuart has offered several solutions, none of which have come to fruition. Nine days later we still do not have a working dishwasher. Update: Stuart ordered a part and swapped it out on day 11. Seems to be working fine.
Easily the most efficient and enjoyable customer experience I've had in years. I was in need of a new cooktop for my home, with very specific dimensional challenges and Matt found exactly what I needed within five minutes of visiting their shop. Even better, they had that exact unit in stock and were able to arrange delivery and installation within 72 hours. Walked into SR Appliance Depot on a Friday afternoon, cooking on my brand new cooktop the following Tuesday. Exceptional service, couldn't be happier, highly recommended!
Like a lot of the other reviews here, the experience up until purchase was great, but once the washer/dryer was delivered, it dropped to 0. The washer was dead on arrival and there has been no movement on their end to replace it with a functioning washer. A technician came out to look at it, but it’s been 4 weeks with no update or estimation on when the item will be fixed. Just a very frustrating experience overall.

I will never shop for appliances elsewhere. I was referred to SR Appliances after being disappointed with all the other Atlanta similar stores. If you want great customer service, amazing prices and everything else in between, go into this store and meet Stuart!
We redid our Kitchen a few years ago and have sent many friends to SR Appliance. No one has ever been disappointed. We had a great experience here with people who took the time to understand what we needed and matched us with the right products. Follow through was great as was the installation. We got the product data sheets for each appliance so that we could be sure that the space and electrical service were perfect.
Purchased a Viking Series 5 range from SR Appliance 2 weeks ago. They were quick to provide a quote and charge my card $8700. I was told someone would be in touch shortly to schedule an install. I called and emailed to request a status for 2 weeks with zero response. It was not until I requested a refund that the sales rep emailed me back. There was no apology for the lack of service, and no explanation for why all my communications went unreturned. Looking for another Viking dealer to work with now.
Absolute worst customer service experience ever. I worked with Stuart on our appliance order for a kitchen remodel and his lack of follow up and follow through ended up completely throwing our project timeline off. Appliances I thought were ordered weeks prior never were and he lied when I asked him if there would be a supply issue with anything on our order and a critical adapter for our downdraft we had to locate on our own. I try to give the benefit of the doubt when possible but his negligence and complete incompetence in following our order through to completion was inexcusable. Get your appliances anywhere but here.
