Dee at David's Vacuums provied exceptional customer service! She was such a joy to work with!
This store sells faulty products. The service is very poor and the salesman are equivalent to what is mentioned Pryor. Horrible, they should close this location with the quickness!! Bought a high end vacuum cleaner, had to replace it twice with costs and finally the last time the reps said it was abused, we only use it once a week for a well maintained carpet. Don’t trust this location. They simple should be out of business.

I have been a customer since the early 2000s. This is an awsome shop. Rebecca and other clerks provide excellent service, repair quickly and often on the spot. No pushing to purchase; just consistent, friendly, informed service. My 8 yr old Oreck wouldn't start. It would have been easy to say I needed a new vacuum. Rather, for no charge, Rebecca explained and fixed the problem, a quartz battery in the handle. If you want superb products and service, this is the place!
They accidentally threw my vacuum away. Mistakes happen, but I would have expected management to compensate me by providing an equivalent vacuum of the same brand free of charge. Instead, they first tried to offer a used model from a much cheaper brand, then they wanted me to pay $500 for a non-equivalent discontinued model there was no way to turn the brush roller off!. After two weeks of back and forth on this, their last-ditch best-effort deal on a certain model was basically equivalent to the price of that same model I found at an unaffiliated vacuum store. So, end result, they threw away my vacuum, refused to adequately compensate me, and now I have nothing. Unless you need your vacuum thrown away for free, I might suggest going elsewhere.
Rebecca was super helpful from the start, showing me several different options, giving detailed explanations of the pros and the cons of each model, and recommending which models were best suited for keeping cat fur at bay. In addition, she called around to the other stores when the model that I chose was not available in-house. When I returned 3 months later to swap out the incorrect bags that I had been sold mistakenly, she promptly apologized and swapped them for the correct size even though I no longer had the original box. She is always gracious and helpful.
Wow! Excellent customer service!! I have a Shark Rocket vacuum cleaner, and the cord split. I had called a couple of vacuum service centers, and they basically told me "too bad." I was told that it is impossible to get parts for a Shark, and that nobody will service them. Today, I saw an advertisement on TV for David's Vacuums, and I called. I spoke to Scott who was extremely helpful. He told me to call Shark, and he told me exactly what to do. Scott was kind, patient and helpful. His advice worked!! Shark customer service was also wonderful, and they are sending me a new unit for the cost of shipping. Thanks David's Vacuums! I appreciate you!!!

Good and consistent! I've been bringing my old Oreck vacuums here for years and during that time, the place has changed hands several times. I am pleased to say the current owner is doing a good job and was very pleasant when I brought in a clogged machine. He fixed it while I waited. He had all my service records. Nice!
I had managed to suck a silk scarf into my vacuum cleaner! I took it into another shop and asked how much it would cost for them to unscrew the bottom plate to get the scarf out of the roller. I’d already tried to do it myself with no success.. They said it would be $30 - $35 minimum charge to do anything. I then took it to David’s and the wonderful man there fixed it in a couple of minutes and charged me nothing! I’m so grateful. - thanks!
