Mice .maintenance department needs improvement.had some good experiences with management and maintenance. It would be nice if all the managers were diligent and proactive .This would result in the entire maintenance team attitude towards their work . Also Black mole issues..

Property manager is incredibly and unnecessarily hard to get in contact with when there are major issues wrong with the apartment unit. Utterly a mess and lack of urgency among the management side is making my friend’s living situation miserable. Do not rent from this place.

Bill did an outstanding job repairing my bathroom fan this afternoon. He's an outstanding worker. Polite and efficient. I was very impressed with his professsional manner. He represents the development well.
