My experience has been awesome. I appreciate Rachel's professionalism and kindness throughout the applicant process. I moved into the community 2 weeks ago and I really do love the area.
I’ve been here 2 years and for the most part I have enjoyed it. I think the pandemic has put a damper on living here and not just here, I would imagine just about any community. But at the same time I got to enjoy my home more since I’m now home more. I got a chance to decorate my balcony and I’m so glad I did.
What a amazing experience.. Rachel took her time with me finding a place that I called home.. Thank you Rachel for making me feel like I’m part of the The Residence at Waterstone Family..
VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT !!! TAMEIKA HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE! THEY LOOK GOOD BUT EVERYTHING FALLS APART!! THEN MAINTENANCE COMES & HALF FIX THINGS!! ThHEY TAKE A WEEK TO COME! Corporate is hard to reach! Ive even heard rumors about them stealing residents money!
