The Courts of Avalon Apartments

I recently moved from a 3 BR to a 1 BR unit at the Courts of Avalon, and Mr. Keith Watkins could not have been nicer or more helpful during the entire process. He made time to listen to my questions or concerns, no matter how small or silly they were, and really helped me decide on which unit would be best based on my needs. Before renting here originally, I had visited other complexes and did not rent from them simply because of their poor attitude or bad vibes from their management. Not with Keith-he makes you feel comfortable and is an absolute asset to this community! As for the apartments/community, it is so quiet here, except for the sound of birds. My pup spends most of his day perched on the couch watching the deer while I WFH. The appliances were all replaced right before I moved into this unit, and there are even built-in wall plugs that make it a smart home- I am so impressed. The neighbors are so nice and look out for each other, it really feels like home. You won’t regret it if you move here, come see Keith and let him help you find the perfect unit for your needs!

THE WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE I MOVED IN OCTOBER THE STAFF WAS REALLY NICE AND RESPONSIVE UP UNTIL AFTER I MOVED IN … they moved me in a home with Dirty blinds broken stove broken refrigerator they replaced the refrigerator been broke since November it didn’t get replaced until December brought me a refrigerator in December with one drawer I am just receiving the drawer in February … I had a miscommunication about an emergency maintenance with one of the staff members and she wrote a report to vacate the premises making up false statements to get me removed from the premises

I've met friendly neighbors, experienced pretty good service with "please fix this" calls, feels safe and quiet. I love having my own garage and patio! I happened to snag a space looking out into some trees. I love spending time out on my patio :. I'd move here again lol. Good response time with leasing questions for my long distance move, our apartment managers on site are great! They've been awesome every time I needed them.

Went in for a tour of the property, Mya was wonderful and showed us around. We fell in love with the property and were impressed with how quiet and nice the area is. This is definitely a place we are going to consider.

I Have been living here since 2009. Its such an awesome place to live. The layout is great. I always get compliments of the design of my apartment. Mr. Keith and other staff members are very friendly and helpful. I guess that why I've been here so long.

Shakiethia Tillman is always very helpful with navigating the complex and sharing all the resources and events coming up. Our family’s transition to the complex has been wonderful because of her insight. This place now feels like home to us and I have her to thank for her patience and help!

Love the community and location. The leasing consultant Maya is awesome as well as the Assistant Property Manager Keith. The maintenance staff is responsive and friendly as well. Love it here!

I’m happy and appreciative of the management/maintenance staff for taking the time to address some concerns I had with my unit. They showed the willingness to accept residential feedback to help improve the experience here. I look forward to being a resident here for a while!

Had a tour awhile back & Mya was a wonderful agent! She was knowledgeable about the apartments and was able to answer any questions i had throughout the tour.
