St George Express

The shuttle service here is really great. I take a shuttle from Orem to st George every weekend and I go on the St. George / Salt Lake Express every time. The drivers are very kind and courteous. They have water on board always. ,They are mostly on time, unless the weather is bad or something else. It takes a little longer to get to the destination versus driving your own car, but the price to drive the shuttle is about the same as gas.

I was on the shuttle yesterday on the 1:30pm ride from Vegas airport to St George. Partway through the drive before getting to mesquite the shuttle started to vibrate quite badly. A car passing us on the freeway motioned to our driver that something was wrong so our driver pulled to the side of the road and checked. He got back in the shuttle and said there was a bubble on our tire, but that it wasn’t flat so we kept driving. After passing through Mesquite before getting to the gorge another car motioned to the driver that something was up. He pulled over again and checked the tire. He said the bubble wasn’t any bigger so he got back on the road and kept driving. Again another car motioned to the driver just before getting into St George (near sun river) and he pulled over one more time and still determined that the bubble hadn’t grown so we would drive the rest of the way into town. We LUCKILY made it safely into town. I’ve attached a photo of what the tire looked like. This is what our driver thought was safe to drive at freeway speeds on through the gorge no less.

Horrible experience. To begin with the shuttle was 45 minutes late. Then we were told not to sit on the front seat because the roof was leaking. Once on the road we were informed that we did not have Wifi. After traveling for an hour the driver stopped on the side of the road because he wasn't sure if he had shut the trailer doors. It was a rainy day, and those sitting towards the front just kept getting more and more wet as the vent in the roof leaked. We were never offered complimentary water or a blanket. I politely wrote to them and asked for a partial refund and I was told they would give me $20 towards my next ride. No thank you!!!

Always on time, well priced, smooth ride, with complimentary WiFi, and usually charging docks for my device. These guys are great and I've never had a bad driver...although Joe is my favorite! LOL Great company with great service....I will continue to use them when I travel. (Nice that they stop in two different locations in Mesquite as well!!)

Man do I feel bad for Hunter, the guy coordinating everything in the office. They are low on drivers so be weary when choosing this service.
