Canyon Transportation

Picked up an hour late...got different reasons from two different call center reps...one said it was due to slick roads...there was no snow overnight. Even if roads are slick, you are a company that specializes in transportation to a ski resort...maybe you get an earlier start to your day. When we got picked up there was only room in the vehicle for one person (there was two of us). The driver acted like he was only expecting one. Had to rearrange luggage and cram us in. We had pre-shipped our skis to the resort, had we not done that there was no way they could have fit us in the vehicle. May update more depending on if it gets worse traveling there or the return trip is better or worse. UPDATE: one call rep told me they were late because there was talk of closing the canyon road and slippery roads. The driver told one of the passengers that he came down this morning and the roads were fine, “just a little slushy.” I will say the driver was extremely friendly and nice. My suggestion to the company...put out honest information and inform your employees. Consider investing in communications...it’s easy to send your customers a text and give updates if you’re running behind....rather than us not know if you’re even coming and being told different things by call reps.

Arrived at midnight, were told to wait for 10 minutes, but waited a good half an hour, then had to go to get more people. Then dropping people off took time... For sure will be using Uber next time instead... slightly cheaper and less wait...

I requested this service to pick up my daughter. She arrived at the airport at 11:30 pm and had to wait over an hour for her shared ride. This was well beyond the 30 minutes claimed on their website. With stops along the way and the hour wait, she got to our room very late after a long day of traveling.

I was the only person both directions in my shared van ride. The drivers were on time and very nice. Could not have been a better experience.

Had to wait more than half hour at the airpport when we arrived to have a van take us to hotel. Dropped off 3 other groups first. Then on way home, arrived 20 minutes late, picked up 3 other groups, got to the airport with only 50 minutes to spare with the longest TSA pre-check lines I've ever seen. I would use UBer instead.
