People who actually work for a living don't need information or other services from paid staff Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We need it before work and after work! This place is absolutely useless to anyone who actually helps pay the taxes that make UTA possible!

I relay on UTA , so I have to be honest!! I haven't ever had a bad experience with them. They come like 2 minutes late or early! Witch doesn't bother me. The drivers are friendly and helpful. I have seen so many of them do selfless acts of kindness for others!
