Their prices are very reasonable compared to others in the area and the quality of their work is exceptional. However, the one problem I experienced was communication with them as to when things were going to get done. I waited 15 days from the day I got my estimate and had not heard a thing as to when things were going to get done. I called on Day 15 and I was told they would be out the very next morning which they were. They cut the tree down, but, left the stalk and stump of the tree behind to be finished at a later date. Well, 6 more days passed not hearing anything from them and yet again I had to call to find out what was going on. They told me they would be here the next day at 8 AM. They didn't show up until sometime after 10:30 AM. But, the work did get done.

Be prepared to be stunned into silence by Kerry Staley's hubris. I was told, by Staley himself, I couldn't afford him and to call someone else. Do yourself a favor, skip Staley and call Davey. Davey has certified arborists who are able to guide you to make informed decisions regarding the salvageability of your trees. Staley is merely a wood chopper. Apparently, a wealthy one, but still just a wood chopper, with no environmental concern or respect for others.
