Fast, easy, and cheap parking downtown. Anytime I have issues with my parking ticket, the staff is quick to respond with a resolution. The location is also pretty safe compared to other nearby areas. You don't ever have to worry about your car getting broken into. Can't ask for much more!

Never been in a parking garage that gets this congested. Parked on the very top. Came out after game took over 30 minutes to get out of parking garage. Ridiculous.

My favorite part of this garage is how they make you scan out after blue jackets games, so it literally takes 60 minutes to get out because 1000 people are scanning bar codes before they can leave all at once after a game. Ive been sitting in the same position for over ten minutes now. Haven't moved a foot. This garage is complete garbage and so is whoever designed it.

Easy in, not so easy out. I use this garage for Crew games and when exiting, they try to block off left turns. Other than that, very happy.
