Was relatively clean ! Easy to enter as well as easy to exit! The one draw back was it was a little tight for a 1500 pick up truck. One of the better parking experience in boston.
The guys who run it seem nice, but there are so many issues like: the condition inside is decrepit, their signage isn't always accurate, they killed their early bird deal which was only reason why I would ever park there.
Don't come in for the early bird rate a single SECOND before 6am. 12 hours later and I get whacked for $63 instead of 20. park somewhere else.
Not a good place to park. On Labor Day we drove up and saw a temporary sign saying: "Weekends $20" so we made the mistake of thinking that would include the Monday of a holiday weekend. It did not. So we ended up paying the full weekday rate of $42 dollars. Despite talking to the parking attendant and his boss they would not make an exception. I'd guess it was a mistake that the sign was left out from the day before, but they would not admit their mistake.
How do you return to your parked car? There is no signage at the car entrance directing pedestrians. Walk around to the other side of the building, looking for the revolving door. Enter there, then use the elevators closest to that door. There's so little signage that it seems designed to confuse people. Then good luck navigating out of the garage! Almost no signs for that either.
I was told in person that parking over night within 24 hrs is the max daily rate. But it turns out to be charged for two days. Feel like being cheated.
I felt it to be very pricey.
Typical expensive parking lot in Boston. We paid $20 to park there for a few hours in the evening. There lot was pretty full, so they had to valet the car.
Super expensive! I had to pay $42 on Labor Day, even though they had a huge sign at the door saying parking was $20. Deceptive and sneaky!
Good weekend parking rate of $20 all day but one of the most difficult and confusing garages I've ever been in.
