They have messed up a few orders for me but generally make it right.

They are terrible , they are so slow , they don't know how to help you , they just tell you the item is over there like that's really going to help. Then when you call them no one wants to answer. I know it's not busy in there. And I know they not doing anything. They could at least answer they phone. They really need a better manager and better management.

The employees were very helpful and insightful. I will continue to go to this Staples due to the cleanliness and ease to find things. Customer Service was impeccable.
