Customer service nasty. I’ve even going to this staples since it opened. I promise I will never go back.

Very friendly service every time I go in this store. They are always willing to help you find what you need and go above and beyond in customer service.

Whatever you do do not go here for DVD art printing. They charge a dollar per print on low-quality gloss paper and they can't even cut properly. I have 100 DVD inserts that look like garbage now because they are way too small for the DVD case. Extremely pissed. No time to fix this issue as we fly out tomorrow for 7 shows. Some common sense would be great here people. It's not hard to cut this to proper size especially when the page you were given shows you the size it should be.

I took an old computer in as I was pretty sure it had a virus. Victoria, the manager worked with me to determine if the computer was infected, and to help me make a decision to replace the computer. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take all the time I needed to make a good decision. She also did an annual check up on another computer, exhibiting the same great customer service. I highly recommend Staples for great tech services and excellent customer care.
