Office Depot

As the owner of a small business here in Las Vegas I find myself at this Depot a lot. For anything from paper, printers, phones, paper or office furniture. Every time I’m here I’m immediately greeted and asked for help. I really appreciate the people here. Especially Mike and Austin. Both of these guys not only will inform You where items are but they will walk you there and help you find it. Mike also helped me load a few furniture items to my vehicle. This is service that you don’t always find. Thanks guys and I’ll continue coming here.

Overall its just okay..short taff,i saw only 2 employees.(employee) young man, working next to the photo copy machine was awesome..i needed help with copy machine..waited long time

Stood around the desks for 30 minutes waiting for assisstance and no one asked me if I needed help. Not a single customer in the store but myself. Every employee was standing around talking to each other. Walked out, no one said a word as I left.

I received AMAZING customer service today from Sam in the printing dept. She was very friendly and super helpful! She goes above and beyond with her customers. I used to be in management in customer service and she is definitely someone I would have loved to have in my team!!
