In regards to Devon from ePatient Enroll, Southwest Modular and Office Design would like to respond. Devon has purchased from us on 4 separate occasions since Aug 2014. We stayed past our closing time to meet with him on several occasions, gave him the deepest discounts, and had to constantly deal with him renegotiating our deals. We went above and beyond to satisfy this customer, at sometime, enough is enough. He asked for a refund on a top he had cut down and modified. We can't refund modified furniture. This post from Devon is not accurate and is indicative of how difficult he has been to deal with. Be careful doing business with him, he may slam your company too.

Needed a stand alone partition. Called Southwest Modular and spoke with Aaron. Very nice guy. Was able to qualify, quote and schedule a pick-up time for me in less than five minutes. When it came time to pick up the partition I had realized that was running behind and may not make it on time. No problem! They offered to stay late. Luckily I got there before closing time so they did not have to wait on me. Regardless, it was an amazing gesture on their part. Payment was simple and they even loaded the piece into my van for me (I have back issues due to an accident a few months ago, so this was particularly helpful!). Thanks again everybody!

When we moved offices we purchase our cubicles at Southwest Modular, Inc. and were pleased. We then returned and purchased desks and other office furniture. Overall I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
