Terrible customer service! I was very clear about how I wanted my business cards to appear when I ordered 500. They didn't look the way I requested and the cashier that took my order had no concern whatsoever if I was happy with them when I picked them up even though there was a visible difference looking at them. He as very rude and didn't offer to do anything to correct the issue.

While the Boca store is excellent, I am extremely disappointed in the company's on-line order/delivery process as a "next day delivery" order was not delivered. No reason given in the "tracking process" so I called the toll free number only to be told that the delivery person tried to deliver it on Friday, but could not get into our gated community. Of course, all he/she has to do was look up our name on the board and buss the provided number!!! Now I am told that my ordered products will not be delivered until Monday....VERY DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!

I only come to this location because there's not another office supply store very close to this area. They're very highly priced and you always have to wait in line even when you're just buying a couple of pens. The last time I came here I bought an office chair and I spent $150 on it. After I got it back to the house it was missing a few screws. So I brought it back and they refused to give me my money back. The woman was fairly rude. I would definitely go somewhere else if there were another place closer that had real office supplies.
