Office Depot

I have to say this was the best experience I ever had at an office depot, thanks to Jason. I had to do last minute printing for a business event and jason was so patient and helpful.He was very knowledgeable and did everything he could to make my experience great. He really know how to make a customer feel welcomed. Great attitude and wonderful spirit. Thank you so jason for your help my brochures came out amazing.

The staff at this location were friendly and helpful in my visit. However, and this is more of a critique of Office Depot in general, I recently tried ordering a product for 1 hour pickup online because I needed the product faster than an Amazon type online store could provide. This order is held up as "processing." Office Depot customer service was less than helpful saying that there was a "temporary hold" without explaining why or letting me know when it would come out of hold. They refused to put me in contact with anyone else who actually knew anything about what the problem was. Needless to say, they have missed the one-hour pickup window by a very large margin. If you are ordering online for pickup, just know they don't worry too much about meeting their advertised one-hour timeline.

As a former employee of not only Office Depot but this store in particular, I know what is expected of an Office Depot associate. I went in today to buy a laptop and walked by two associates without even being greeted, just looked at. As I was browsing the laptops nobody came over to assist me or anything and I promptly walked out. This store has gone downhill.

I called before I went over to get 19 pages faxed to San Diego. I was told $2.19 for the first page and $1.99 for the rest. I asked if it was $1.99 for each extra page or $1.99 for all of them; the young lady said for all of them. I was charged $1.99 for each extra page. Don't see a reason to go back. It's like dealing with the IRS; each person you ask the same question gives you a different answer.
