Office Depot

I needed an ink cartridge for my printer and this Office Depot location is the closest to my house. The associate who assisted me was very nice and helpful. There were tons of items to choose ranging from USB cables, computer desktops, computers, etc. I definitely will be back here again because there are items that I consider necessities.

Incredibly disappointed with this store managers customer service, 3 weeks ago my husband purchased a 60$ printer for his up and coming ebay business and was assisted by the bearded overweight manager. Upon checkout said manager recommended square trade for an additional 10$ to guarantee printer warranty. The only reason my husband purchased this was because he was informed by said manager that the receipt would then be saved to his account so if worst case scenario something happened to the printer the system would have a copy of his receipt. Well nine days after purchasing The Epson xp 440 stopped working. We went back to office depot, same manager informed him that without receipt he couldn't do anything for him. Asked us to call squaretrade. We informed him we didn't save our receipt due to the fact that he(bearded manager) informed us that by creating an account and signing up for square trade we would be covered in the system. Obviously he completely lied, sold us with some cheap guarantees and had us right on our merry way. Anyways, AT&T saves every single one of my purchases and transactions on my account In store, I was informed that this was kinda the same. We were completely hustled and when confronting manager about this outrageous scenario he informed us to call some number to attempt to "hopefully" reacquire our receipt. I have been a loyal customer of office Depot's for years and to hear my loved one come home frustrated about this ordeal that went on this store. Is just disheartening. So I say this with complete sincerity, the staff is amazing(with exception of manager) and everything turned out for the better. My husband loves his new Dymo LabelWriter 440, and im sure Amazon won't ever lose that receipt.

DEVINA was rude and she discriminated customer!!!!! VERY BAD customer service!!! Very rude sales associates!!! If you want to be treated good go to different store(((
