Office Depot

I had some concerns about a product I had recently purchased. Raevan eagerly helped me and provided me with the information I needed. Not only was Raevan very polite and kind, her product knowledge was superb. I highly recommend this Office Depot location.

I am setting up a new office and the store manager Matthew is racist against Chinese people. While trying to make my purchase, he told me I can only pay cash and instead of my business credit card or Office Max commercial credit line. When I asked why, he was impatient and told me to leave the store.

Office Depot is a good store for printing and some supplies. I appreciate the overall convenience and variety of printing options. Customer service is mediocre and sometimes better. Waited in line approximately 30 minutes for a simple printing job. It would seem that their size would allow them to offer competitive pricing on many products and better maintenance of the store. The floor was something that one would expect at a service station restroom.

Went here one day to buy something for a job and stood in line for about 7 minutes before being told by an employee who passed me several times that I was in the wrong line. I mean, they had what I needed and once they pointed me to the actual line it was a quick process but you need to a help a customer out, ya know? Get on that, please. Other than that, they do great work here.

The person who helped me with copies was great. The lady that was standing in line to pay waited for a long time and no one called anyone to register to help her. She finally went to go look for someone herself. She looked in a hurry. 4 stars because when I'm in a hurry I want them to call someone to the register instead of me walking all over the store looking for someone.
