Always great everytime I visit here they remember my drink and the barista Gabby has been there a while and I enjoy seeing her face always makes my drink chai and flat white perfect

I love this Starbucks, but it’s unfortunate that the barista this morning was quite unpleasant about schools being able to advertise on their board with fliers for upcoming events. I was told that because the events charged a fee that it was considered “for profit” and they were only allowed to put up fliers for non-profit organizations. I tried explaining to the barista that the money charged goes directly back into the program and is for a public school, hence making it non-profit. The barista then tried to argue with me that a school is “for profit” because Teachers get paid. Hmmm. Nope. Schools are still non-profit. Pretty sure Teachers work for that money and all public schools are non-profit. Unfortunate that this Starbucks doesn’t support school programs that just wanted to put up a flier to advertise a school function, regardless if there’s an admission fee that benefits students directly. Bummer.

After walking into this location I've never seen coffee made so slow. There were 8 people before me and a mobile order also arrived in the midst. I ordered and sat for 20 minutes waiting for my French Vanilla Latte; the coffee wasn't burnt and tasted exactly the way I expected it to, which was great! However, the slow pace and the unwillingness to help with a growing crowd is a huge downfall. I will not return to this Starbucks for awhile.

i go in here daily and every day is the same thing. employees all just sit and talk to each other about non work related stuff which makes for them getting distracted every day there is a huge line and the line doesn’t get better because all the employees sit and talk to each other instead of work.
