Starbucks

I'm normally not impressed with the customer service but I have to say that Momo is absolutely outstanding. She always remembers that I have a child and asks about her. I feel like a lot of drive-thru locations tend to not focus on their customer service, but Momo is absolutely the best employee that Starbucks has. She makes up for the poor attitudes of her co-workers all too often. Fastest drive through in the 757. Always organized.

I was floored there was only 1 associate available. Although she was helpful, one person can't help with Christmas gifts, and taking and filling orders in a timely manner without the other customers complaining. She was kind and helpful but I felt rushed. She definitely needed help. My beverage was lukewarm at best but I didn't want to press the issue.

Best Starbucks in Hampton roads! Always super fast, my order is always great and the staff are so friendly!

Not a good experience today. Went to order a an "All Day" menu item, the double cheddar and bacon sandwich and was told they're out and without an option to back out of the line the way their drive thru is set up.

The priority is always on the drive thru. If you order at the window, be prepared to wait. I suggest using the drive thru unless you ordered through the Starbucks app.
