I walked in and waited by the front register for 10 minutes while employees served only drive thru and were conversing about personal matter while doing so. I ordered my drink (venti hot chocolate - no whipped cream), paid an outrageous $4.29, then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for my order. I sat down to drink it, opening the lid to check that there was no whipped cream. Not only was there a pile of whipped cream, there was a good inch of liquid missing. $4.29 for a long wait, incorrect order, and a sorry amount of beverage is most certainly not worth it. Highly disappointing, would recommend another coffee shop or if you must, different location.
