Starbucks

I work right down the street so I'm here almost everyday and the staff warmly greets me everytime I come in. Real family vibes.

One star for the building being clean, the rest of it is trash. The customer service is awful and their inability to accurately make a $7 latte is startling. Thankfully the Starbucks nearby was willing to remake it. Do not waste your time

Vamp up! The customer service. It, needs an integrated cultural environment. But, it's from location to location on various scales
