Starbucks

First time at this particular location, and the experience left much to be desired. Not only was the barista that was there at the time of picking up my order very rude, but I ordered a fruit/cheese box amongst other things, and this is what I was given. I’ve never in all of my years of dining at Starbucks experienced something like this, and I am VERY disappointed in this location for providing such low quality food and service.

The cashier at the register was kind, but my drink was made wrong and I apologized and let them know at the pick up counter that I had ordered it iced. The first employee who responded to me was polite and told me that they would remake it, but an older woman, probably the shift supervisor, came over and looked at my drink and said “she got the wrong drink because she ordered it wrong, this is a whole different drink”. It wasn’t a different drink, it was the exact same thing I ordered aside from the fact that it was hot. If I had made a mistake ordering it I wouldn’t have a problem being upfront about it but I ordered directly from the menu above the cashier where the first word written was “iced”. Her attitude was very negative for no reason and rubbed me the wrong way which is unfortunate because the cashier was so sweet and asked for a rating which would have easily been 5 stars even with the mixup if not for the woman’s attitude.

The listed hours for a Friday show this location opens at 5:00 AM. Today they opened their doors into the hotel around 5:45. It’s also day 2 of PSL season and I was told they didn’t have pumpkin syrup this morning. Bummer way to start a Friday while traveling when you have to wait an extraordinarily long time for your coffee and don’t get the drink you’ve been looking forward to literally all year long.

Decent customer service… Very busy I waited 15 mins for breakfast other than that thank you Starbucks

Only place open at 6am in the area. However, the hotel lobby is a great space to work. They play music, so don’t plan on a quiet conference call.Food: 4/5

Possibly one of my favorite Starbucks experiences happened yesterday morning at this location. The team was so full of joy, singing and interacting with customers. Even when the line got long they kept everyone happy and checked in on folks often to make sure they got what they needed.

Terrible customer service. I’ve always gotten same drink in every dc Starbucks and barista argues that she gave me the right drink. Gave me a venti cup with half the drink.Food: 1/5

The crew was amazing during the chaos of Otakon. I could count on them every morning to get order ready.Food: 5/5

This place is extremely slow this weekend, the people gave me an attitude when I asked if they had even received my order. I was very late to the convention. If you’re in a hurry do not order from here.Service: 1/5
