Capital One Café

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Spent here a couple of hours with my parents. We came from Florida, and I didn't even know there was a Capital One Café; I had never seen one in Florida. When I saw it, I didn’t hesitate to enter. The staff is incredible, they make you feel at home. The food is delicious, and the coffees too. We had a pleasant conversation with the manager, and she was so kind that she even gave us a backpack and some water thermos. Finally, I can only say that our experience was wonderful. Before we leave DC, we absolutely are going to be back to enjoy the excellent service they offer on this beautiful coffee shop. PS: If you are a cardholder, you may get some discounts!

Phoebe Edwards was excellent. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. I spoke with her about the Capital One products, and she answered all my questions. After showing me the latest Capital One credit card, she even gave me a digital voucher for a fee drink at the cafe!! I really like visiting there as they always have little events happening. And the people are so friendly! You can see Phoebe and John in the picture.

I am blown away by the customer service here at this locations, it is such a treat to be treated with such kindness!! At this point it's more family then anything else. I am very grateful in particular for your Wonderful Phoebe she really stand out from the rest, her warm and welcoming personality is so refreshing. I've seen her interact with each customer that walks in the building as if they are the only ones in front of her. A rare talent. And everyone else is amazing as well the entire staff. I would highly recommend this cafe as a place of refuge amidst the business of the downtown experience. Stop in and enjoy a cup off coffee but also a restful and peaceful experience!

I didn't go for the Cafe, I went for the bank. I had a query and needed urgent assistance. Phobee was great! She helped me resolve my issue and gave me information about the credit cards available. I was pre-approved and applied the same day! It was really quick! She even gave me credit management tips which were really helpful! We sat in a clean and comfortable environment this entire time, and before we began Phobee asked if she could get me anything....just in time because I just finished walking 7 blocks so that cup of water really came in handy! 101/10

I am A Howard student and stop in regularly to charge my electronics to get back and forth home I'm local. Tyrik is always so friendly and makes sure to speak and anticipate his customers' needs. I met Phoebe for the first time this past Wednesday and she was also amazing. The Cafe is beautiful and well maintained also which is nice given the state of decay that is Gallery Place.

I visited the Cap One Cafe in Chinatown 7th St NW DC as a contractor, when I met Phoebe she was patient and understanding. Although I was not a customer, from time to time she would check in to see if we needed anything. The atmosphere inside the Cafe was lively. Seeing the interactions between staff and customers, I can see why it would be easy to make this location a regular place to be. Thank you Phoebe for your kindness and understanding.

It was my second day in DC and all I wanted was a grab and sit at a coffee place. Luckily I stopped by this one.... I want to say amazing place to sit, study and have a coffee, and out of all they have Fantastic staff, so caring and lovely!!

I've been coming to Capital One Cafe for 5 years and I can say, it's been a great experience and the hospitality, respect, and team work is really on a professional level. Mr.Kassim is one of the Ambassadors that greets me consistently and makes sure I'm never in need for anything along with the rest of his team. I appreciate the love and energy from this Cafe.

I was greeted at the ATM by Phoebe who held a naturally welcoming and bonding conversation with me. She, then, sat down with me after offering me a café drink and informing me of their Money and Life Mentoring program. We discussed many helpful topics that I left feeling confident and inspired.

Super space for working, tons of natural light, open space, the associates from CapitolOne are incredibly kind and friendly. Be prepared for a cup of coffee that's 50% filled. The baristas are consistently disengaged and always seem annoyed by customers - beyond that, great place.
