Good place inside Washington DC, close to americans institutions. Clean place. Good employees. The place is just a bit small, but theres usually enough place inside to rest a bit and enjoy the coffee.
The baristas in this store are all so professional and very courteous. I like coming here because of this team. I wish the store had a little more space the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, but when it's nice out, it's my Go-To Starbucks, where I enjoy the outside seating.
Coffee and staff excellent! I was behind a group of grade school boys and their moms, they all ordered Frappuccino! Then one of them took my ice coffee. But the staff was so nice about it! Love the coffee × 100%
Even using the low bar by which you'd probably start with judging any chain coffee place, this Starbucks still falls short. They are SLOOOOOOOOW, you try going here during any kind of rush time during the day and you'll be waiting 10-15 minutes or more for a simple coffee. They also seem to have machines break really often. Hope they can get things together in the future.
Great location ! This is my favorite stop every morning . Specially Liz ... she always have a smile for you , and Trust me I ve been in a lot of other stores , specially the morning people shift . I’m glad that I found my perfect spot to enjoy my coffee every morning
Most days I have decent service. Decent because by the time I order through my app. & get to the store I don’t have to wait too long. But lately, that isn’t the case. I’m waiting here for 15 mins and I placed my order well over 5-10 mins ago. I thought the whole purpose of ordering prior was to not wait.
This was the most beautiful Starbucks and I'm more of a local coffee supporter! However, I was attending a moving event in DC and got some amazing eggs and hot chocolate from super friendly staff!
open on Sundays. Staff is friendly. However be aware it is SMALL. And for electricity I only saw two sets of plugs, one of which is by the wheelchair entrance so useless for guests. There are three bar stools in back, 4 stools by staff, and three in a corner. Add to that three small tables and one larger table tightly packed with no plugs near any of them. So do keep that in mind.
What makes a Starbucks branch stand out? I guess: staff very welcoming as of Jan 2020, coffee quality typical burnt flavor which I hate, space quite a few tables but not spacious yet clean, service wifi, of course, and environment a dozen homeless people reside at the metro station right across the street but that did not bother me yet. Also, this area is very close to the White House, and it seems quite safe late at night. What else? The lightings are a little bit dark - not a good place to read books or work on paper.
Disgusting bathroom, dirty toliet cleaning tools all around the toliet, water all over the floor, no soap, and dirty toothbrush on the sink that hobo before me must have left. I brought the lack of soap to the attention to 2 employees and neither did anything about it. Then asked just to use any soap in the facility and was denied. Obviously employees aren't even washing their hands. Rude employees who speak english great until you make a complaint. Then all the sudden they can't understand what you're saying. Worst starbucks ever, should have just got coffee at the 7/11.
