The one middle eastern female working the store was absolutely fantastic. She was the only employee on shift at the time and handled a rush of at least 12+ customers back to back, while ALSO making coffees and food. Get this lady a chiropractor for her back, she’s carrying the store entirely by herself.
This is a good dunkin donuts, but be advised it has a small footprint... that means no tables, but there was a small bar area. Also, the selection is limited. Employees were nice and worked efficiently. It was clean for being in the city.
This is really ridiculous. I came in at 6:02 AM door was close and the lights were off. So the lady told me 10 more minutes so I gave her 15 minutes and the store is close. Expect this place to always open up ether 30 minutes to an hour
I placed an online order for Monday and they short-changed me for 3 expensive sausage sandwiches. They made it with out sausage and did not even compensate for it. I placed the same order three days in a row, and they still couldn’t deliver on a Monday morning!
This was by far the worst Dunkin experience. Wanted a simple iced coffee with almond milk or oat milk and they were out of both. I ordered a veggie southwest sandwich and I even asked if they had it, she only gave me a nod. Went to bite into my sandwich and it was turkey/sausage meat not the veggie patty and I just threw the whole thing away. I know it’s hard to understand with mask and glass in the way but these employees need to make an effort to look like they at least care about the customers and understand what they’re saying. And they were just just putting all the orders together on the online table went to grab my coffee and almost took another customers bagel it was horrible service and I work in retail I understand the frustration of high peak hours but this was unacceptable.
Constantly out of supplies. Unable to fill order in a reasonable time then refused a refund. I paid for food I didn't get...plan for 15+ minute wait and half menu
Early Saturday morning, there was a line out the door, and only one employee: cleaning, taking orders, making coffee, etc... Probably a better experience if they had more baristas
Constantly terrible service for nearly a year. It wasn't always this bad but the current lineup of staff seem like they don't care at all. There are other Dunkin slightly further away that save time because you are going to wait 10 minutes for coffee here. Don't expect any eye contact or apologies after the wait either. The drinks are also very inconsistent but after such a long wait it isn't worth asking them to remake it. I'll just be avoiding this store.
I can't believe that the only thing they have is coffee and donuts, we drive to that place to buy some sandwiches, but they don't have anything but coffee and donuts in downtown washington dc. Very disappointed
They had a free donut for veterans on Veteran's Day, and in Washington DC, the place least likely to have anything for veterans on any day, that's welcome.
