Starbucks

Best Starbucks in the area. Great, quick service, and very good at making modifications to drinks without batting an eye. I never have to worry here that they'll make my drink incorrectly, which is a problem at other locations. Also nice indoor and outdoor seating--although not very large, I've always been able to find sitting space.

Wow! I am impressed! Today I went into my local Starbucks across the street from my job. It was really crowded! The line wrapped around the tables. I stood there anyways as it was the only break I had to grab my coffee. The lined moved Ooooh so smooth! As I waited I watched how the crew handled the line and orders. Their team work was excellent! They communicated well amongst themselves and if there was a slip up they kept their composure as it was not evident to me or the other customers. I really love this location due to the quality of my drink compared to other locations on my route to work Shameeka should compete in a Barista competition she is awesome!. I also really appreciate the positivity, politeness, cleanliness and service I get here. I am always greeted with a smile that remains there even when I leave. The manager Greg has a great team there but this morning an extra special shout out to Amílcar, Matthew, David, Shameeka, TT and the quiet guy with the glasses who I just cannot seem to recall his name right now. Great job handling the morning rush! Please know that your work does not go unnoticed! Thank you.

To whom this may concern. ThIS location is the best place I have been in the DMV. I am here on business and I had to stop by to get my usual and when I came in the line was long but I didn't mind, this must be a very busy area. I ordered my drink and waited and it took a longer time than normal and then I herd someone say that something was wrong with the machine so I accepted it and I say that the staff was trying there best. When I get to the bar I say how much they were trying to get the drinks out as fast as possible. What really caught my eye was the barista at the bar. I asked him his name and I can't recall but I think his name was metron and I asked him how was his day and he say good. There was at least 15 drinks he was making by himself and he was getting them out the way faster than I can count. He had a smile on his face and was doing his job better than most Starbucks I go to in Virginia. I applaud this store and the management of all that you do. Thanks.

They often have fruit flies flying all around the baked goods. This has happened 3 times I went there. I pointed it out to the guy behind the counter the third time it happened and he didnt seem to care. I think employees should care more about health code violations.

Just okay coffee, but great music. Best music ive ever heard at a Starbucks, really made me take a second out of my morning to slow down and enjoy my coffee and music for a few minutes.

Never slow. Always nice to customers but sometimes they argue with each other and it's a little off-putting.

Great spot to grab a coffee and kill some time before a meeting. Good music, free wifi and on the corner of Franklin Square... Nice!

Typical Starbucks, tends to be regularly busy given the location. I like that they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

So slow, 6 people "working" which means talking to each other while a line forms. Literally timed 5 minutes to get an order right.

staff is super friendly and helpful even during rush times. great loc.!
