Starbucks

Ordered in Uber eats and spent 25 bucks only to get my drink delivered without the coffee cake and brownie and sandwich I ordered. Drink was watered down. I order the strawberry açaí refresher and they placed the drink inside of the bag it clearly states 3 items in an order and only received the drink. The drink I get all the time from other Starbucks and it has never tasted as bland as this one. I am always having some type of issues with this location when I order online and unfortunately it’s the only one that delivers to my job in the area. The workers seem to not fully read the order and give you whatever I ordered a frappe before and I hate. Whipped cream and asked for none they put extra. Don’t put a drink in a bag if half of it will spill out this is how I received my drink today and you could clearly see the liquid still dripping from the bag

You’ll wait an entire lifetime to get your order completed. For example, just for a cold drink, I waited over 20 minutes. Orders are never right, and you have to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to correct your order. I was Damn-near late for a meeting. I hadn’t been back since. If you’re trying to get some breakfast in your stomach and you’re headed to work, I would advise you to inconvenience yourself by getting to this place 30 minutes ahead of schedule eye-roll.

Omg! The best Iced Brown sugar Oat-milk shaken espresso I’ve ever had in my life!!! The store is super clean, baristas very polite! I wish I would’ve gotten my baristas name! He was just fantastic!

Great location! The staff is so friendly and my drink is delicious every time.

I don't understand how they can have people with a bad character and to top it off they are racist I went to buy 6 coffees with cream and sugar and the cashier got upset because I asked her for cream and sugar for my coffee, if you don't want to serve Hispanic people please leave your sign on the front door so one avoids going into places where they are not welcome. 10/29/22 7:30pm

The wait times are ridiculous. It takes over 20 minutes to make 1 drink. There's so many of us order aheads that just stand here waiting and waiting for our drinks and we have work to go to. Soooo annoying.

Ive gone mid-day ordering ahead and via walk in. Never had a problem, my drink always tastes delicious and the ladies working are always kind. I can see how the negative reviews would be frustrating during the morning rush. Maybe ordering ahead is the way to go instead of waiting. My personal experience has been better at this location than some of the other locations.

Kind baristas but very late device, drinks historically always running 20 mins behind.

EXCELLENT service! in particular the barista Ashley is SUPER kind and SUPER efficient! During Thanksgiving and any holiday they don’t skip a beat and provide extra care. They have great messages with their decorations and service. When you go there you are not just a customer but a friend!

One of my regular steps but today was extra special, I always get great service but the barista went above and beyond. I had order mobile and was waiting so they inquired and then I realized that I accidentally sent it to another location. They, without hesitation, told me not to worry and made my drink. It was very generous and I called the other location to pay that drink forward so it didn't go to waste.
