Starbucks

Why did I have to wait to be waited on for 4 minutes, and there were 4 people working, 3 customers that had already been taken care of? I eventually went to order from the app, but the item was marked out of stock, yet I saw it in the display case. When someone finally bothered to ring me up, and asked for the item. They told me it was out of stock. I asked if I could just have the one on display. They have given me items from the display case before, but I was told no this time. That’s not consistent, and I shouldn’t have had to wait that long for someone to finally acknowledge me. 2 out of the four wasn’t busy. They were standing in front of machines that do the work themselves. Having worked at a Starbucks before, there was no reason why this scenario should’ve happened. What a joke.

Ordered small caramel frappe with devcaff coffee& light in the whop. I as s almost home?, sipped it & tasted it, no coffee. It was like syyrup, cmolkeam& whip cream.whem I arrived home I sdkeeef mgmt to lock it it; she did. There is not coffee.in thst. I ewalkred. All the way back.they never offered my money back. Procreded to make me another one. I dipped s s I walked home& tsdtef like old or burnt coffee. Guess.McFonald's pre made.id better rccrpt I camt get drcaff Coffee makes.my head ache do I got fdecaff; less caffirne.i am Ms Faye, the lady who doesn't. Dee well& always only get "Decaff small caramel frappe"

Didn’t listen at. Gave me the wrong milk and coffee when I specified for exactly what I wanted because I know how my body is. Got my other drink correct tho.

Glad they're open early on a Saturday morning. Thought I was just being overcharged for my coffee but they don't do short sizes and just decided not to tell me that. Would've ordered something else instead...

I really like them I sent my order to the wrong Starbucks and they were kind and gracious to do my order there, even though it was my goof. The staff in here are great this has become my evening on the way home stop...

Excellent service. Super nice cashier and the green tea and chocolate croissant was perfection!!!

I love the tea and coffee. But my Daughter loves their Frappuccino. Carmel with hazelnut and mocha. She is not going to be a size 4 forever, right.

To be quite honest with everyone this place does more to hurt small coffee shops. As is Dunkin Donuts.. How can you go wrong when these two Giants suck the life out of small community businesses. Small this designer coffee . for what you spend on a cup coffee you can buy your own make your own and it probably will last you call week.

Service here is awesome, great lighting and a super inclusive friendly atmosphere. Only complaint is that the card readers don’t allow tipping for digital payments definitely would love to see this change, love showing support and appreciation for the great workers in this city
