Starbucks

It's amazing to me. Please can make the experience. I buy my coffee at Starbucks. Very regular basis. The way them please behave and treat you makes a big difference. Today was a great day. Everybody was open. Warm, friendly, helpful and I really appreciate it. Thank you

The young lady that greets you as soon as you walk through the door by saying "welcome in" is a doll. She is friendly, efficient, professional, with great communication skills. My order and experience were perfect!

I love this Starbucks! Staff are really friendly and drinks are made very well. Would love a curbside pick up but can't complain as I've always had a nice time popping in to pick my drink up.

I've visited all the starbucks locations nearby Mountain View and this one is my favorite. Most the staff is generally polite. I've never once had my order made wrong here either. They're usually fast paced & make the order quickly. I do wish this location had more options with merchandise & bagged coffee though! They never seam to have much, but it could be bad timing on my part! The good stuff seams to sell quickly! This location always looks clean as well, which is amazing in itself. :

An excellent starbucks. They are very quick and the iced lattes are amazing. Ten years ago I'd get mcdonald's iced lattes to save money but after years of starbucks iced lattes mcdonald's ones literally make me vomit. Mcdonald's for iced mocha starbucks for iced latte.

This Starbucks is my favorite! Never had a bad customer service experience. They go ABOVE and BEYOND to make customers happy. Service with a smile is great but when the smile comes from the heart & is supported by compassion it makes everything better. The staff can help a bad day seem better and great coffee seem amazing.

They tried to charge me for adding half and half to my coffee 8 months ago and I haven’t forgotten.

This location has been plagued by plumbing problems which means no bathrooms and no indoor/outdoor seating. Only grab and go items. Also the store hours seem to vary by day. Avoid disappointment, check with the store before going. Features: Masks required

I rarely give out bad reviews and reviews in general but, today I had an absolutely horrible experience at this particular location. I always had off and on experiences at this location. When I was ordering today the Bautista was extremely rude and I know this time is stressful for everyone during Covid but no matter how much I tried to be understanding she was just awful. She kept yelling at me to speak louder so she could hear me and I kept trying to rise my voice and I ended up having to shout to give my order. The person in front of me did not get yelled at or the person behind me. They both were speaking at the same level as I was but, I was only one who got yelled at and I felt very belittled. She didn't say "Excuse me, but can you speak a little louder I can't hear you very clearly." I basically was getting yelled at for being soft spoken. I honestly am not going back to this location. I've never had a problem with the location in downtown mountain view. I'll just stick with the location in downtown where I know the customer service is constantly good. I would not recommend this location at all.
