One of the nicer stores. Well stocked - hot food looks fresh. Very busy early morning and at lunch. Parking is tough so snack off hours. Very friendly staff. This was one of the Homer Simpsons stores a few years back. Love this place
Probably the cleanest 7 eleven in Mountain View. Was one of the locations selected to be Kwik E Mart during the Simpsons promotion. Good variety of needs, but this one seems to have one of the smaller beer selections in this area. Lots of food to go and office-ready probably because it is so close too Google. Parking lot can get crowded and right now they do get mobbed by crews from all the construction going on in the area. Only one clerk was there and the line was about 10 deep when I went by at 5pm on a Tuesday.
Much better than your average 7-Eleven store...much cleaner newer and slightly larger than usual and well supplied stocked inventory with lots of variety and choices. The reason perhaps is it is located in the expensive business industrial area of Mountain View near Google HQ and Shoreline Park. I have been a customer here for years and usually received effective and friendly supportive service. It is located in a newer shopping center which also has a Starbucks and a dental office and a fancy sit down Italian restaurant. Parking is not ample but usually you can find a spot.
Our favorite neighborhood store! It's clean and quiet. Outside of a concert day, you'll rarely have to wait in line. This particular 7-Eleven location was one of only a few stores that was converted into a Quickie Mart for the Simpsons' Movie premiere.
This place is probably the super spreader site of North Bay shore. The staff here is never wearing a mask properly and it's such a freaking bummer. And as I sit here in the parking lot typing this, some customer walked in totally unmasked yet he had a mask in his hand and never put it on the whole time he was in the store. This place is nasty.
Staff aren't friendly, and they constantly abandon the customer at check-out point. That's because they want to do other duties; like multi-tasking while you are paying. They don't even say 'hi', or say thank you after you pay. Actually they ignore you, and they behave like the customer is nobody. The only reason I didn't give a lower rating is because they do keep the store well supplied.
The young kid that works in the morning is a rude jerk! Always on his phone rushing me everytime I go to pay at the register and never let's me enter my rewards number and gets bothered that I ask him to go back so I CAN enter it. It isn't the first or second time this has happened.
Can't trust this place. Sales posted in front of the products. I go to pay and get charged full price. I voice my complaint and the cashier points out that flavors pictured are different than what I purchased and that the sale only applies to those flavors. I pointed out the "applies to all 32oz flavors" writing below the picture to which he responded with a very tiny expiration date. It expired weeks ago. Why is it still displayed?
I went to Old Middlefield Rd. and Pear St. location were closed around 3am. All lights were on no workers to seen. so much for 24-7
Every time I come here I have a really good experience the morning guy takes really good care of me always make sure that I have the freshest food and get out at the fast thanks Kan!
