Starbucks

They allowed someone to walk off with my drink. I was so late returning from my break because of her! And the barista was like well its not my fault and was held rude about it... basically cuz she was busy and by herself. That's no excuse!!

I showed up and said hello with no response from barista. Maybe he didn't hear me. I waited at the register for 5-10 minutes trying to be patient as he was restocking things. Did not once glance over of check if anyone was there. After a while I finally got his attention to order but he did not write down or note any of the requests I made less sweetener, 2 shots, extra topping and when I asked he said he got it all and then he proceeded to make it with no customization. I was running late for work and maybe he was having a stressful day and I didn't want to make him feel bad or wait for a new one so I just left.

I paid 5+ dollars for an iced matcha latte, instead I got iced service and a cup of “matcha-latted” ice.Food: 2/5

This is really small place inside Safeway so do not expect to have a seat here. The staff is really nice and the coffee was good as usual though.

It's a Starbucks that strives to get you served your customized drink in an expedient manner. This location does not succeed as it is understaffed. This location is situated inside the Safeway at the Bailey Plaza mall.

This Starbucks is inside a Safeway supermarket. It's great if you want to combine coffee and shopping, and even takes your Safeway loyalty card. The coffee was not to the standard that I'd expect from a standalone coffee shop, and there's no seating. I'd still go there if I just wanted some Joe on the go. Parking: It's a supermarket. Loads of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: The entrances are at ground level with curb cuts and automatic doors. The building is single-level.

I always order from this location when I’m in the area. They are fast, great customer service, people remember me and greet me, and my drinks are always made correctly which is awesome . Parking: Easy parking, no hassle

My apologies for not remembering the drink or young ladies name! My wife ordered a specific tea with a special request that was granted by the barista. My wife stated that it was the best tea she had ever had from Starbucks! The young lady was so awesome and provided spectacular service!

This is a Starbucks inside of a Safeway. Nothing too special. Convenient, if you happen to be shopping there. They offer most of the Starbucks menu at pretty much the same Starbucks prices. There is usually only one person working behind the counter. So they can be a little slower than your typical Starbucks.

Rachel is the most caring and amazing employee in any Starbucks location I was. Her customer service skills are tremendously amazing. Look for her and be sure she gets a nice tip. Thank you Rachel, you are a nice lady
