Starbucks

The last couple of week I dont know what's its happening to this store but the staff it's very incompetent they ask multiple time what I want to drink. If you know your training you dont need to ask more than 5 times and at the end still giving you the wrong drink. Ah on top of that it took for ever to make the drink! Were talking a saturday at 1:25pm this is not a week day... with almost 10 employees working at the same time....

I don't often post reviews but this really annoyed me. I showed up at 7:22 and was sent away without coffee, despite the posted hours being until 7:30. I was told "the customers already inside will be our last customers today" I tried to explain I just wanted a simple drip coffee, but no dice. If this were some Mom & Pop coffee shop I wouldn't care so much, but this is Starbucks in the middle of bustling Boston, a 7:30 closing time should be 7:30, not 7:22.

I’ve been to this location a number of times, and have always been super impressed by how nice the staff is and the drinks are always well made with an attention to detail! Additionally, there have been a couple times were I come in a few minutes before closing realizing I need coffee for a late night push, and they have been very kind! I think a lot of times staff at other places can be grumpy about last minute visitors or lock up prematurely, but everyone has been really nice about it here! Not to mention, this is a great location.

Awful. That sums it up. Like other others, I found the wait to be intolerable. There was one customer in front of me. She was someone who likes a lot of unnecessary attention and the young man behind the counter was happy to waste time with her rather than do his job. Good service is fast service; some people just don't get it. I waited about seven minutes for them to finish chatting and then he just walked away, leaving me standing there! When I walked out, he shouted, "Have a nice day." This is the fault of Starbucks. They expanded too fast and they have no management. The one in the Park Plaza Hotel is equally horrible. Time to clean house, Starbucks....starting with Mr. Have a Nice Day!" And while you're at it, clean the counters, tabletops, and floors, too. They're disgusting.

So far the best Starbucks I know in Boston. Just order a Cafe Americano with Oat Milk. No sugar needed, its perfect. Have tried it in several Starbucks in Boston, but here it is the best. Although the employees are very friendly, and even in early mornings dancing and laughing to the music. Love it! :

This Starbucks is at a great location convenient to everything. They have a good selection of lunch food and pastries. The staff were friendly and service & coffee was good. The only thing that could be better is they could have an area to sit. There is no space to sit down.

The staff handles the busy mornings with ease, ensuring that you’ll get your coffee promptly after placing your order. I’d recommend mobile ordering if you’re visiting between 7-9am. Aside from a few seats outside, this is more of a grab and go Starbucks.

This Starbucks’ location never disappoints. Amazing staff who are extremely friendly and efficient! The baristas are terrific! Lisa is always so pleasant and helpful. Ariel is fast, efficient and friendly as he juggles the orders. Refreshing to go to this location especially compared to the 143 Newbury Street location. Thank you!

It is over 20 minutes from when they should have been open. There is a line. I can't wait anymore because my job starts at 6am and I, unlike Starbucks, cannot afford to be late. Bye needed caffeine.

Ordered two drinks and both of them were made wrong. I could visibly see one was wrong as soon as they made it and when I politely said it didn't look right both baristas started to argue with me that I was wrong. I know what I ordered and what it looks like. I just took it anyways so I wouldn't have to argue with them but both baristas had bad customer service. Then discovered the hot drink was also wrong after I left. Would not go back to this location again.
