They have lots of Kentucky Starbucks Been There Mugs!! The barista was very nice and helpful.

i went there today and the service was amazing. i met the amazing baristas and cashiers i met someone her name was yasmin. she was so sweet and made my drink sooo good. thank you so much Starbucks!

Everything was 5 stars. I ordered the strawberry Frappuccino, and the hot apple cider for my mom. MY was soooo good and my mom said the same thing. I drank it in like 10 minutes because it was so good. The employees were very nice. And the atmosphere was great. No arguing or fighting. 100% would recommend.Food: 5/5

Two stars because once again order extra foam and you just get how they normally make your salted caramel.

It’s literally the same as every other Starbucks in existence. Odds are that a melancholy barista with ironic tattoos is going to begrudgingly whip up your nonfat white chocolate mocha quad espresso and throw it up there without a hint of an emotion. We get it. You don’t want to be here. I don’t want to be here buying a $7 coffee. Why am I? Because it’s f’ing delicious. That’s why.

One of the nicer Starbucks around the northeast End of Louisville. Plenty of room inside and lots of seating. They also don't have an outdoor patio as well. The only things I can think that are a downside is no drive-thru and the line tends to be long at peak times of day.

There is nothing unique about this location compared to the 40 others in the area. The spinach and feta wrap is good. It they microwave them too long.

Worst customer service. Experienced the rudest interaction of my life this morning. When my drink came out wrong, I was told by Mere that I was actually wrong. When I literally ordered two of the same drink and the first one being venti! So instead of just remaking the drink, she made the effort to refund me for the “grande” that I supposedly ordered and recharge me for a venti that was a .50 difference just to prove her point!!!!!! What happened to customer always right. I wasn’t even asking for anything free!

If you are a parent it’s worth visiting this coffee shop for the restrooms alone. This place has the most sanitary bathrooms I have seen in a long time. The changing table is clean, has disposable clothes, a working safety belt. Oh and the coffee is good too. Five stars to the team.
