The employees at this location are great. Fast service, they smile and engage appropriately. I have never had a problem here and I’ve always had hot coffee made fresh along with the usual bakery items available.Food: 5/5

Hi my name is Lia. And this location is my favorite Starbucks to come to!! I never go anywhere else but this location. The whole staff is my favorite. Everyone is so welcoming, so sweet, kind, very friendly. They greet me by my name right away. And my drink, omggggggggggg it's always perfectionist!!!! IF I do go to other locations, trust me the drinks are good however...... their customer service sucks!! But this location forever my fav.... Pay the stuff more money because if they go, I can't come no more. The staff is why I return the bonus is the lattes

Takes a long time, everyone comes here so it takes forever but my drinks taste fine. I believe they need a 3rd bar.Food: 5/5

Probably the worst starbucks I go to. It’s convenient for me because it’s by my work and school, but they are just awful at getting orders done within a reasonable amount of time. They are frequently getting orders wrong mine and other customers I’ve seen and taking SOO long to correct their mistakes. Today, I waited fifteen minutes past the time they said it would be ready for a mobile order of a sandwich. A sandwich. They ended up getting it wrong and made me wait longer. I regret coming to this location and wasting my time when I had an appointment. I know this review won’t do much, but I thought I’d give my two cents. There are better locations to spend your time on. These guys just don’t have their priorities straight. The customer comes second here.

I ordered two lattes and they were basically hot water with cream. Owful, I don’t know who in the right mind serve people a drink like that. I will never go to that store ever again!Service: 1/5

I would like to recognize Hudson For his great and outstanding customer service, he went above and beyond and was very patient with me ordering through the drive-through we need more people like him working in customer service.Food: 5/5

3rd review: i asked for no ice and was given ice... asked for it to be remade. Tastes HORRIBLE. Like it was poured into a new cup and water added. 2nd review: over half of my drink is foam.. 1st review: They are very polite here. However if Im going to sit in the drive-thru for an hour, can we please pay attention to the little details like light ice? Or no ice? Or if i ask for no ice you dont try to screw me out of a drink by filling if half way with foam or creamer.

Usually this Starbucks is good, but today I got a tall latte and when I got home I took the lid off, and it was only about half to 2/3 full!! To think I paid five dollars plus a dollar tip for this! I can't make sense of it!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful with a previous order. She corrected it through the drive thru, very very professional Barista.
