It's a big Starbucks. It was busy when I stopped in but the line moved quickly. There are quite a few college students studying at the tables but there was still space. The location is in a good spot with lots of other things nearby. Parking is tough but there are meters available nearby.
Make sure you mobile order. People can wait 20 mins or more during peak times. Make sure you tell them how dry you want your Cappuccino otherwise it will have too much milk.
Love this place with the amount of seating and space was really impressed with the fast service also right by the east bank station using the green line train.
The staff is great, super quick when considering the volume of orders. The music can be loud, but I think it’s great to have places to study that aren’t silent as well. Whenever I am confused about what to order the baristas help out and it’s frequently a good suggestion. Free WiFi is quite fast as well. Additionally, it’s connected to the graduate, another good place to study.
This is by far one of my favorite Starbuck's, the staff is kind and they always have great music. Loved AJ, Amira, and Olivia T. whenever I came in among many other amazing staff!
4 stars for excellent service and cleanliness! However every time I go here to study, I can’t focus because of how loud the music is. Sometimes the music is extremely vulgar and not really the kind of music you hear in a coffee shop. Other than that I do enjoy coming here!
A worker male, i never asked his name went out of his way to make my drink and it’s perfect!
Amazing! I would say though the drink has too much Strawberry purée
Good job of getting through simple orders quickly while working on the longer more complex orders so everyone is happyFood: 5/5
Cashier was really kind and chill and friendly. The guy making the drinks was impatient and rude. I was confused about their complex system for providing customers with water and wasn't sure if it was placed in the computerized queue or if we had to ask for it at the pick-up counter. When I asked about this, the barista rolled his eyes and replied, "Did he put it into the system? If he did, you're gonna have to wait for that..." Okay, that's not really a problem, but if you're not providing self-serve water, don't be rude about customers asking about it! The friend I was with also wanted water and I asked if we could have a second cup. He rolled his eyes again, gave an exasperated sigh and agreed to labor intensely to provide another cup of water. Another employee who was helpful and sweet said, "Here, I can do that." If the manager of this location reads this post, would you please consider providing a self-serve water station? Furthermore, I understand that this location is probably very stressful, but please stress the importance of kindness toward customers. It really goes a long way!
