T-Rex Cookie & Coffee Cafe

T-Rex cookies are so delicious. I stopped in to get dessert because we had friends coming over. I bought four different types of cookies and they were all amazing! They are enormous as well. We will definitely be getting these awesome cookies again!

This place is awesome!! The staff is always so kind and the cookies are delicious. The peanut butter & the s'mores cookies are some of my favorites! The flavors rotate so there is always something new to try!

First time at the Eagan store! 9/17/22 The associate was friendly, informative And knowledgeable! A variety of HUGE cookies and other fun products! The taste is THERE! Omgoodness and they remained SOFT, even after several days in “box”! definitely…..a returning customer and sharing this place with friends and family!

One of our favorite cookie shops. Good size and really fun flavors. Caramel cookies and cream is a staple of ours. $4.75 per cookie is current price.

The five pounds cookie was delicious, i needed to order 24hrs prior, the service was super nice. But please take your face diapers off, it makes look your place like it's contamination by some sort of disease.

Amazing cookies that are the size of your face! $4 is definitely worth the meal sized portions they give you! Love that that cookies stay soft and chewy throughout, as any good cookie should! Hours may seem weird to some people, that’s only because the owners all over the twin cities, but if you can make it in, they always have a plethora of different flavors, some they have all the time or new ones to try out, and has something for anyone who likes baked goods!

It has been an amazing experience to witness this cookie business grow into what it is today from what it once was. Super chill and comfy atmosphere along with a rad outdoor patio. T-Rex supports a lot of local artists and makers. They have a rotating selection of art in the shop on a monthly basis and actually paid to have a mural painted on the outside wall! It will be a sad day to see this business have to move because of the real estate development. Definitely recommend stopping through here before that happens!

A nice store that has a pleasant small variety of cookies! They have a food truck for those days in which they are not open about every other- check website for updated hours. Price is about $4 per cookie, with a selection of clearance available for $3/2. This small business has also partner for some charitable events so if you get a cookie, you may be helping out someone else!

To be honest I wanted to like this. I truly did want to enjoy the cookie and the experience. The cookies, the atmosphere, and the staff were all lackluster. We did the 3 for 10.00 deal and we felt that the quality was not on par with the price. I have made cookies with a better quality in my kitchen at home. The size would be the only thing I haven't done. Wouldn't do again.
