The place in general is quite quiet. Many people use it to rest before continuing the trip. Only the bathrooms were not very clean and some had no paper, they should improve more in cleaning to make the place more welcoming to visitors. The parks are fine and the area is quiet and safe. There are areas for pets. To get to this place and rest is not a bad option, there are parking spaces assigned for disabled people and for trailers. Thank you!!!

All I got to say is wow I normally used to rest stops having a bathroom and I'm not sure why this is called more than a rest stop cuz that's what it said on the sign but they had material on all sorts of flyers and advertisements on things to do around that area it's save me some money because they gave me a flyer with $1 off the Alligator Alley just because I mentioned it.
They have a very impressive statues of nearby creatures in that state. it was an impressive sight to see Target texture was nice the statues were nice I had a pleasant time in the staff was nice. the restrooms were very clean I had a very easy time getting on and off the freeway.

As state welcome centers go, this one is fabulous. Stunning light house like architecture combined with murals on walls and floors along with interesting sculpture make this welcome center a treat for the eyes and brain. The usual facilities are clean and well maintained. They even still have free paper maps.

One of the most architecturally beautiful and interesting welcome centers you will ever see. My handful of pics do not do it justice.
Amenities here are great too. Super big parking lot with a ton of space for large vehicles like big rigs and RV's.
The rest rooms are extremely clean and spotless.

Great place to stop & rest... we pulled in with our camper at 2:0 am & noticed security patrolling in golf cart and the place was very well lit. we felt safe so
We slept for a few hours in the camper & was able to continue on our adventure
