Pearl River County Welcome Center

Not too impressive, only thirteen parking spaces for trucks and if you park some place not designated as a parking space, security will ask you to leave. They do have picnic area but pathways seem a bit run down. That could be due to being winter, not really certain. Staff inside are very nice and will offer you coffe which isn't horrible coffee. Didn't see a playground or any trails, other than the paths to and from the picnic areas.

Well kept up welcome center, and quite knowledgeable staff (inside) that appeared to genuinely like being there and help you. I found a fair few places that otherwise I wouldn't have looked at because of the staff(and ask if you want specific areas of interest). Just be aware they do close early(I believe 4:30pm or 5pm).

Great stop. Hot Community Coffee and knowledgeable attendants. Received good info on the area.

The security guy who works at night is very very rude ...he should be fired ...I stop there every week to take a break and I saw many time he giving hard time to family's who make pitstop and truck drivers...
