Employees were fantastic, waiting area was clean, bathroom was clean. They fixed the problem that was wrong with my car and also brought something to my attention that the car dealership lied about. I feel that they are very honest I would I would use them in the future. Thanks for being honest very refreshing.

I went to State Tire when I needed new tires. I have an Audi and purchasing my tires here were cheaper than the dealer. They rotate them for free every 6,000 miles and send me an email reminding me to set up an appointment. How convenient is that! I recently had (2) screws in my tire and once again the service and professionalism of the staff was excellent.

I moved down the shore Oct 2012. Firsr I tried Mazda in Brick because I used to go to Mazda in Wayne & they were terrific, but the one in Brick, horrible service & customer contact & help. Such a rip off too! ST&S in Point is just as bad. Then I found state tire and auto & never looked back! Everyone who works here is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & have gone out of their way for me multiple times. I'd put 10 stars if I could! 110% recommended!! I recommend this place to everyone I know and anyone I meet. I'm thankful they're just a short 10 minutes away & they will work with your schedule. I have found them to be a bit less $$ wise than the other places nearby. Highly recommended! They won't disappoint!!

Functionally the work was good. When I picked my car up it was filthy. Mud on my door, floor mat, and even the steering wheel! Tech used the bang on balance weights on my rims, albeit on the inside and you can't see them. Complained to management, was offered a discount... State Tire can sit on their discount and rotate for all I care. Spend your money someplace else!

Always a good experience when servicing my Q7. Had a small glitch this time but was immediately rectified to the utmost of my satisfaction. Their honesty and responsiveness to details is excellent.
